Flavor Hive operates restaurants in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC, and a customer phone line answered by an automated assistant.

What we collect. When you call us, we may collect your phone number, your name if you give it, and what you ask for, such as a location, a catering request, or a message for a store, so that we can help you and so a store can call you back. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.

Text messages. If you ask our phone assistant to text you a link, such as our online ordering page, a map to a location, or our careers page, we send that one message to the number you confirm. Messages are sent only at your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts.

No sharing for marketing. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their marketing. Mobile information, including SMS consent and phone numbers, is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers for telephony, hosting and email only to deliver the services above.
