Flavor Hive Text Message Program
Flavor Hive’s customer phone line, +1 (571) 240-4636, is answered by an automated phone assistant. If you ask the assistant for a link during your call, such as our online ordering page for a location, directions to a location, or our careers page, it will offer to text that link to the number you are calling from.
How you opt in: the assistant asks, “Would you like me to text that link to the number you’re calling from? One message, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out.” If you say yes and confirm your number, we send one text message with the link you asked for. We never send a text without your spoken yes on that call.
What you receive: one informational message per request, containing the link you asked for. No marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency: one message per request. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out and help: reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP, or email hello@flavorhive.com, for help.
